Inspection and quarantine bureaus directly under the State Council, quality and technical supervision bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and quality and technical supervision bureaus of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant departments of the State Council and relevant units:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Standard Materials, 58 kinds of standard materials such as "Standard Materials for Nitrogen Gas in Argon" are now approved as the second-class national standard materials (see Annex 1), listed in the catalogue of standard materials of the People's Republic of China (see Annex 2), and uniformly numbered, and issued the "Certificate of Classification of National Standard Materials" and "Manufacturing Measuring Instru Permit".
In addition, after reviewing the certified reference materials whose manufacturing instrument license is about to expire, six national first-class certified reference materials such as "methane in argon" and 179 national second-class certified reference materials such as "nitrogen in hydrogen" (see Annex 3) are now approved to issue "manufacturing instrument license".
